XF Launch @ Gillman Barracks
On Thursday, Jaguar launched its XF executive sedan at Gillman Barracks – barely two months after unveiling its smaller sibling, the XE. To add a touch of class and activity at the event, a photo booth was placed at the showroom to allow guests to bring home printed photos from both their selfies and social media photos.
The new XF is an evolutionary change from its predecessor, but is packed with the latest technology available today. Made largely of aluminium, the car is lighter than the class competition. Powered by a 2-litre four-cylinder turbo and mated to an eight-speed autobox, it takes seven seconds to hit 100kmh.
At the launch, Jaguar agent @Wearnes Automotive also announced that the F-Pace – Jaguar’s first sport-utility vehicle – will be launched soon in the first half of next year.
